Take exit 18 for Beck Rd. and turn left onto N Beck Rd. at the end of the ramp; continue ten miles to find Maid Aide on your right.

Prior to 1832, Novi was part of Farmington Township, a northern suburb of Detroit. In 1832, Novi was established and named based upon the suggestion of one of the residents. Novi remained a township until its incorporation in 1969, following several previous failed proposals for incorporation.

The modern-day city of Novi covers 31 square miles and has a population just over 55,000. It is home to a number of historic sites, including its historic Township Hall, the Tollgate Farm, the Colonel Samuel White Homestead, and the Novi Depot.
